As a home builder/renovator I bought a small raised ranch home to transform into a stunning craftsman style home with lots of interior openness and a beautiful landscape. My Design Process :

  • Initial site visit to see space and give a design quote

  • Measure space and create as-built plan

 

  • Develop 3+ design options

 

  • Consolidate preferred pieces from each design to final design

 

  • Assist with cabinetry and counter top pricing and purchasing

 

  • Write up scope of work for contractors to bid on for fair comparison between companies

Every project is different and requires a full understanding of your expectations and hopes for your space.

The design process begins with an initial consult so we can get to know each other and I can see your space in person. Design concepts then get drawn up which you can mix and match between to arrive at your final plan that is ready for a contractor to price out for you. I am able to help with cabinet and countertop selections and purchasing as well.
